Keeping your Neighbors Happy – Dog Barking Collar

If you have a barking dog, there is a good chance you do not currently have happy neighbors, they might have already complained about your dog, or they could be thinking about it.  Either way communication is always the best way.

First thing you need to do is figure out how you are going to stop your dog from barking.  That way when you go to speak with your neighbors you have an action plan in place, you can inform them that you are currently trying to stop dog from barking, and you will be able to give them a time frame as to when they can expect this to happen.  That way they might be a little more understanding.

Making you neighbors feel comfortable about approaching you if they have issues with your dog barking.  That way they are more likely to come to you rather than going to animal control with a complaint, and potentially have your dog taken away from you.

Keeping on friendly terms at all times will help diffuse any stressful situations that might arise and in the long term remaining friendly will help keep everyone happy.
